Intake form 

We are currently developing an intake form that, once available, will be the first step in the process of creating community engagement projects. The intake form will inquire about your organization’s goals, and potential projects, so that we can connect you with the relevant unit with the right expertise. In the meantime, reach out to the community engagement team via email, and we can connect you with a faculty or staff member that aligns with your project needs.
