Are you ready for collaboration?

What are your project objectives?
Community engagement projects address your organization’s needs and expand your capacity to approach challenges. Consider the result your organization would need to consider the partnership a success.

What expertise do you want Queen’s to bring to the partnership?
Co-creation is fundamental to community engagement, and Queen’s faculty and students want to know how they can operate to best meet your needs. Consider the skills, expertise, and prior knowledge faculty and students need to collaborate with your organization.

What is the timeframe for your project?
University timelines are different from most organizations, which can complicate planning your project. Consider the goal completion date for your organization’s objectives.

How do you want to collaborate with Queen’s?
The degree to which your organization participates or supervises your project is up to you. Consider how your organization prefers to engage, in-person or virtually, and the meeting frequency that suits your organization’s needs.

Intake form

We are currently developing an intake form that, once available, will be the first step in the process of creating community engagement projects. The intake form will inquire about your organization’s goals, and potential projects, so that we can connect you with the relevant unit with the right expertise. In the meantime, reach out to the community engagement team via email, and we can connect you with a faculty or staff member that aligns with your project needs.
