The Yellow House is a referring partner for the Swipe-it-Forward program.
The Swipe it Forward (SIFQ) program provides students in financial need with short-term, urgent support for access to nutritious meals at Queen's dining halls on campus. Short-term is defined as up to 6 to 8 weeks. It is meant to support food insecurity which is defined by Health Canada as “The inability to acquire or consume an adequate diet quality or sufficient quantity of food in socially acceptable ways, or the uncertainty that one will be able to do so.”
