    Michelle Delaney

    Michelle has been teaching for the Waterloo Catholic District School Board for the past 23 years. She taught Core French for 15 years, and then started teaching French immersion in September 2017. Michelle was nominated this year by her colleagues for an Ontario English Catholic Teachers’ Association (OECTA) award and received the Dedication to Catholic Education Award. In Heather’s words, receiving this distinction has been “very humbling and wonderful.â€

    I just wanted to let folks know that I was recently promoted to System Principal of Equity & Anti-Racism at the Renfrew County District School Board. It is an honour and a privilege to be able to help our organization get better in the areas of Indigenous education, equity, and anti-racism.

    Sheri married her best friend, Robert Lemire, at sunset on Nov. 14, 2019, on Kapalua Bay Beach, Maui. A few friends and family were in attendance to share in their beautiful day with them.
