Principal Patrick Deane invites all Queen's employees to an Ice Cream and Strawberry Social in recognition of the fantastic response to the Employee Experiences survey.

Join your colleagues and enjoy one of the following summer treats (while supplies last):

STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE BOOTH

  • Strawberry shortcake assembled onsite with fresh strawberries, whipped cream and shortcake
  • Vegan chocolate cake (suitable for dairy-free and vegetarian diets)

MR. NICE CREAM TRUCK

  • Soft-serve ice cream in cones:
    • Vanilla
    • Chocolate
    • Swirl (Vanilla and Chocolate)
  • Slushies:
    • Raspberry
    • Lemon-lime
    • Orange
    • Grape
    • Cherry

LEMONADE STAND

  • Lemonade
  • Strawberry lemonade
  • Iced tea

This event aims to be waste-free. All tableware (plate, cup, cutlery, napkin) is compostable and goes in the green bins. The only items that will go in the waste bins are the slushie straws/wax cups from the Mr. Nice Cream food truck. Many thanks to Hospitality Services and Facilities for their help in making this event sustainable.
