    Workplace Mental Health Leadership Certificate Program (Thrive 365)

    Description:

    The practical framework and leadership skills introduced in the program align with evidence-based and industry best practices, including the National Standard for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace. The certificate showcases organizational leadership and commitment to a mentally healthy workplace through best practices and innovative solutions. Over the course of three modules, participants will explore the ever-expanding business case for mental health in the workplace. This includes an improved understanding of relevant legal, ethical and business concerns.

    This certification program also supports the development of empathetic and solution-focused leadership skills, which can be transferred to a variety of professional settings and situations.

    This program is delivered as online modules.

    The first module is an asynchronous, e-learning module that needs to be completed prior to the instructor-led session on February 26th, 2026. Participants will receive an email with further instructions to access the content and complete Module 1 before February 26th. Modules 2 and 3 will be delivered live online on February 26, 2026, with asynchronous components that will need to be completed within 3 months of this date (before May 26, 2026).

    This program's focus is Leaders with direct reports. There is a $375 fee associated with this workshop (charged to a participant's department or faculty).
