    Do your days feel overloaded or fragmented? Are you constantly juggling priorities, only to end the day feeling like you’ve barely made a dent?

    This engaging TELUS Health seminar will help you shift from feeling overwhelmed to in control by exploring strategies that make the most of your time, even when it feels like there isn’t enough of it. Learn to take charge of your priorities, minimize distractions, and work more intentionally.

    In this 1-hour virtual seminar, you will:
    - Understand the difference between managing time and managing priorities
    - Learn how to build a purposeful to-do list that reflects what matters most
    - Explore strategies to reduce interruptions and overcome procrastination
