Tool Overview:
Kritik offers a more structured peer review and evaluation experience. It uses advanced programming to assess the quality of a student's review/evaluation skills and weights their effort accordingly.

Advantages:
- Allows for quantitative analysis of peer evaluations
- Grading is automated and more detailed than other platforms
- Customizable rubrics available for each phase of the activity
Limitations:
- Limited customization in activities
- Anonymity still limited to the files submitted (Word documents are not stripped of identifying information)
- Pricing is rather steep compared to other platforms (at the time of writing)
- LTI connectivity limited with Brightspace
- The full platform experience requires multiple activities run over multiple courses

All users can convey information as per Universal Design For Learning guidelines in a variety of formats.
Students can submit via textbox or file upload which allows for some freedom, however the activity is restricted to certain filetypes
- Users cannot customize the display of information in multiple ways as per UDL guidelines.
- No tool features allow for individual accommodation settings
No tool features are compatible with screen readers
Alt text is supported on images in this tool.
VPAT states that any meaningful images have alt text. Activity works mostly with text, however any files are submitted as attachments and there doesn't appear to be a place to input alt text when uploading.
