UDL in Camtasia will depend entirely on how the User structures their video content (e.g. describes images in their screen recordings, adds descriptions as captions in their videos, etc)

It depends on how the video content is produced. The smart player is customizable and allows for closed captions, cue points, and the interface is customizable by the creator with limited customization by the viewer.
