The testatrix, the late Daphne Cross, wanted to make a gift to Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ and specifically to Faculty of Law because her father, the late Eric Cross, obtained his degree from Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ and later became a judge. Eric Cross was also a generous supporter to Ñý¼§Ö±²¥.
